1968 INTERNATIONAL FARMALL 656 FARM TRACTOR

for sale i have a good used 1968 international 656 gasoline farm tractor, and as far as i know, everything works, even the gas gauge. the sheet metal is very straight, and with a fancy paint job could make a really nice show tractor. the torque amplifier {TA] works as it should. it has 10 forward speeds and two reverses. i believe it has both 540 and 1000 pto. Good three point hitch. you will need to determine for your self the condition and whether it will suit your needs. i bought it in june of 2010 and it had 5254 hours on it, as of today it has 5270 + or - hours. it's always kept in the shed, and since i moved here, almost 13 years ago, all it has been used for is to dig a few post holes around my place. one right rear tire has a very slow leak the hydraulics are strong and ran the backhoe very well. before i moved i ran my big round baler with it, on my 10 acres of hay. it has 66 horse power from a 282 cubic inch gasoline engine[4.3L]. it weights a bout 7200 pounds, so if you are looking for a toy, please don't waste both of our times. will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about it, but as i say you will need to determine it's condition yourself. $14500 cash. if you want to pay by anything else, the payment will have to be cleared before the tractor is picked up, no EXCEPTIONS. i don't have a trailer heavy enough to haul this anymore, but can help you load. thankyou for looking.
