This is a gorgeous turn of the century period style dress . It is not new. I looked it over and saw no issues / damage . It is a lovely flesh tone lace and lining. It is petite the smallest measurement at the empire band is approx.23"-24" down 13" at the hip area it is approx 40",and measures 57" from hanger to hem. it will need pressing med. heat and damp towel so you don't damage the lace.
