This came off of a 2003 Gold wing.
I have the ultimate Gold Wing Seat which has the back rest built in. Don't need this.
Makes for a very comfortable and adjustable setup for the driver.
Mounts to the same bolts used to secure the seat hand grips.
Fits 2001 - 2008 Goldwing and up to 2010 depending on model.
Original cost is over $300.
