This is a PROJECT trailer. A plumbing leak in the bathroom caused subfloor damage in about the middle 3rd of the trailer and will need to be repaired. I took up the floor in the bathroom to locate the leak, but much more work is needed.
It has one slide out, which is the galley, and it operates but is sticky due to the sagging floor under it.
All the systems are in place and functioning: water lines and pump, 30a distribution with dc converter, water heater, gas furnace, and AC. All holding tanks are present and working. Propane system is intact and includes tanks and cover.
Original dinette and rear sofa sleeper are gone. Motorized exterior awning is gone, but the mechanical arms are still present. Running gear, wheels and axles are just fine; last towed from Red River, NM to Alamogordo in November—no problems. Weight is about 5300 lbs.
Roof looks great. Windows and blinds are perfect. Clear title in hand. $4500 or best offer. Will consider anything of trade of comparable value.
