I purchased this cable cross-over techno gym during covid and picked it up in Denver Colorado drove it and assembled it myself.
You haul, will help disassemble and load in your truck, bring help if possible. Need 4x4 and straps ... I'm in the mountains in High Rolls.
This technogym brand is a well built Italian brand.
Great for pec development, also excellent for tricep, bicep, lats and abs. Pretty versatile equipment.
This unit comes with two weight stacks 100 lb on the left and another hundred pounds on the right. One side is adjustable the other side has a pulley on the top and on the bottom. So for pectoral development you can only go high or low not mid.
Either side can be used for lateral pull-downs, weighted ab crunches, tricep extensions or bicep extensions / Pull-Ups.
This item has served me well in muscular development, great for bodybuilding and or increasing muscle size, great in a garage or in your house.
I do have several accessories that I purchased separately ... I will include them if you pay the full amount otherwise we can negotiate.
