* Manufactured in 2019
* Both Machines were Sunbelt Rental units for 4 years
* I Bought them from a Reseller on eBay in July 2023
* I Replaced the Drum and Disc Pads (the main wear parts) before using
* I used them to Refinish the Floors in my Residence and one Rental House no problems or issues with Either Machine
* I'm done, not going to do any more so they're for sale

* Reusable Cloth Dust Bag for the Drum Sander
* Tooling to adapt the Dust Bag to be used with the Edge Sander
* Sanding Belts and Discs ranging from 24 grit to 100 grit (I didn't count but there's a lot of them - see photos)

* I have direct experience with these and will answer any questions you have to the best of my ability.
* I bought these because I didn't want to feel pressured by rental time constraints or repeated visits to the rental store - no regrets as it allowed me to focus on quality work.
* The HT-8-2 drum sander uses sanding sheets (not belts), if you can use a screwdriver you can replace the sheets easily - and they are less than half the cost of the belts
* Sanding abrasive sheets and discs and many parts are interchangeable with Clarke Super 7 7R / American B/2 / Silverline SL7 /Clarke & Alto DU8 Sanders
