Square-D 200AMP main breaker

This is a new, never used / energized 200amp main breaker.

The story is that I bought this about 15 years ago as part of a "all in one" service panel, intended to handle primarily solar. When Marc the inspector came to give my system his blessing, he said he wasn't comfortable with the potential load that could be placed across the bus, so he required the panel to be dropped down to a 150amp main breaker. SO this 200 was swapped out and never used

this thing went in the box and has sat there ever since.
