Seeking Loving Home for a Special Kitty

I have a foster kitty who was rescued from being abandoned on the street. She has anxiety issues and hates living in my apartment. She needs a good home where she can safely spend time outdoors. A home with a screened in porch or a fenced back yard. She cries a lot when she can't go outside, but I don't have a safe outside space for her. She is spayed and is 3 years old. She has a gentle nature. I just want her to have a happy home with good and patient people who will love her.
