looking for a cowboy camper shell

I am looking for a cowboy camper like the ones pictured, must fit a long bed dodge d250 truck. the old cowboy camper shells was taller than a standard shell and I have a project in mind, i would get like a cab over camper that needed work but people either want a lot or they don't have the jacks and I am on a budget.
