Does anyone have any pullets or young hens? Looking for a hen friend for my Barnevelder girl. She's one year old. I prefer RIRs, if you have any, or another feisty breed. Keeping as pets, inside, in their own kennel, and in my predator-proof catio/chicken coop (sheep panels, double layer hardware cloth, wall to wall cinderblock flooring, sheep panel roof with tar paper). Separate from the cats of course. I keep them inside at night. I like the eggs, and my girl just seems lonely.
