Two spayed adult females, owner ill

I am trying to re-home these older adult dogs that belong to an elderly friend of mine that is no longer able to care for them. They are both spayed females, chipped and up to date on their vaccines. I have all of their health records. The lighter colored one with the white chest is Missy and she is 7 yrs old. The darker brown one is KoKo and is 4 years old. They get along well together and enjoy playing with each other. I would prefer to keep them together, but I am also willing to let them go separately.
They would be best suited for a home with older children. A fenced yard with room to run is also a plus.
I do not know how they would be with other dogs or cats.
