The wooden bases are new with marine grade wood and all fasteners. You can see the one seat assembly is still together and usable now. The other seat assembly has been separated just by the stapes into 4 pieces I have found the 2 backs and there wood the most important 2 pieces the other 2 I am still looking for they are just a flat piece of plywood and foam could be made fairly easy then you have 2 usable boat seats with new bases to seat 4 people. Of course new material would be nice
