Description: For sale is a 2009 Heartland Cyclone 40’ 3 axel Toy Hauler. Inside has New Carpet, all awnings above slide-outs have been replaced, all rubber slide out seals have been replaced, and tires are about three years old. Trailer is equipped with an Onan Marquise Gold 5500 generator, a Reese 20k Goose box. A lot of work has been completed on the trailer to include diamond deck installed on the lower exterior sides of the trailer, recessed lighting with dimmer switches installed in the slide-outs, and through out the trailer along with new switches installed on the main panel. I also installed a flush toilet and re-plumed the trailer due to the tanks being removed. The trailer needs a hot water heater, hydraulic rams and lines for the main slide outs, and a little TLC. Over all, the trailer is in great shap with no leaks. I have everything to paint the roof, along with paint to finish the frame. I am selling it due to a change in plans. This trailer would make someone a great Toy Hauler, or to put on some property in the mountains somewhere.
